How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel any future subscription shipments, simply log in to your Enviroscent account, choose the “manage my subscriptions” tab and hit the “cancel” button. You can also call our customer support at 1-866-427-7172, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 4 pm EST.

Why didn’t my subscription order arrive when I expected it to?

First, log in to your Enviroscent account and chose the “manage my subscription” tab. If you see an order listed that you should have received, please confirm the shipping, billing, and payment information is correct. If the shipping or billing/payme

Will I get an email each time my subscription item(s) ship?

Yes, all subscription deliveries come with a reminder email before your scheduled ship date. You'll also receive a shipping confirmation email once your item(s) are on the way.

Can I put my subscription on hold?

Sure! You can easily change your delivery date on your Enviroscent account. Log in, choose the “manage my subscriptions” tab and simply edit your next delivery date. You can also pause your subscription to skip your upcoming delivery.

Can I change my subscription scent choice?

Absolutely. Simply log in to your account, choose the “manage my subscriptions” tab, and edit your scent choice. All scent changes must be done one business day or more before the scheduled shipping date. Otherwise, your scent change will not be init
