Why didn’t my subscription order arrive when I expected it to?Updated 2 days ago

First, log in to your Enviroscent account and chose the “manage my subscription” tab. If you see an order listed that you should have received, please confirm the shipping, billing, and payment information is correct.

 

If the shipping or billing/payment info needs to be corrected, you’ll see an option to update your subscription information. Your order will then process and ship.
