What is Enviroscent’s refund/exchange policy?

We’d love to make it right if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a one-time 30-day refund or exchange period [from the date of receipt] for items ordered on www.enviroscent.com [only]. All requests must include a valid enviroscent.com Order number and the email used to place the original Order.

Enviroscent reserves the right to determine whether a refund or exchange will be offered and to reject any refund or exchange request when the product being refunded or replaced does not meet the guidelines listed below:

items must be unopened and in original packaging - we cannot accept product that has been opened and/or used
customer is responsible for packing to ensure the safe return of all item[s] included in an authorized refund or exchange
item[s] are returned using a pre-paid return label provided by Enviroscent
item[s] must be shipped within five [5] days of Enviroscent providing a return label
please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered, processed at our fulfillment center, and for your exchange order to ship out to you
approved refunds will be issued when carrier tracking confirms the return shipment is in transit
