What is Enviroscent’s refund/exchange policy?Updated 13 days ago

We’d love to make it right if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a one-time 30-day refund or exchange period [from the date of receipt] for items ordered on www.enviroscent.com [only]. All requests must include a valid enviroscent.com Order number and the email used to place the Order. 

Enviroscent reserves the right to determine whether a refund or exchange will be offered and to reject any exchange requests when the product being replaced is not unopened and in original packaging. Additional exchange conditions listed below:

• items must be unopened and in original packaging - we cannot accept product that has been opened and/or used
• customer is responsible for packing to ensure the safe return of all item[s] included in an exchange
• item[s] are returned using a pre-paid return label provided by Enviroscent
• item[s] must be shipped within five [5] days of Enviroscent providing a return label
• replacement item[s] will be shipped once return carrier tracking confirms items have been picked up by the carrier and are in transit
