What is Enviroscent’s refund/exchange or return policy?Updated 20 hours ago
We’d love to make it right if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a one-time 30-day refund or exchange period [from the date of receipt] for items ordered on www.enviroscent.com. All requests must include a valid enviroscent.com Order number and the email used to place the original Order.
Enviroscent reserves the right to determine whether a refund or exchange will be offered.
Enviroscent does not offer refunds or replacement of items purchased on other online retailer websites.
For product returns, Enviroscent reserves the right to determine if a product return can be accepted. If accepted, product being returned must meet the guidelines listed below:
- items must be unopened and in original packaging - we cannot accept product that has been opened and/or used
- customer is responsible for packing to ensure the safe return of all item[s] included in an authorized return
- customer is responsible for return shipping
- ship to: ESI Returns, 405 Comanche Cir, Unit #2, Harvard IL 60033
- item[s] sent back are to be shipped with tracking and customer must provide valid carrier name and tracking number to Enviroscent via email at [email protected]
- authorized refunds will be issued once carrier tracking validates the shipment is in transit and on it's way back to Enviroscent
