We offer standard ground shipping.

We use multiple carriers based on shipping method chosen.  For standard delivery, we use FedEx Economy. Most orders will arrive within 4 - 7 business days from the date of shipment. Beginning 5/12/25, we are no longer able to support APO/FPO or P.O. Box shipments. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

The Estimated Delivery Date shown on the tracking page (UPS) is an estimate only and not a guarantee. FedEx Economy is not a day-specific service and the actual delivery date may be shorter or longer due to unforeseen delays with the carrier(s).

For all shipping methods, it can take up to 72 hours (from ship date) for the carrier to update the tracking URL provided in your order shipment confirmation email. If your tracking does not update within 72 hours, please contact us at [email protected].

Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address for enviroscent.com orders. Enviroscent is responsible for getting the package to the address on the order, but not for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• if the package is returned to Enviroscent, our Customer Support will contact you with next steps which may include:
  • reshipment to a valid address at the customer's expense
