We offer standard, two-day, and next-day delivery. (Please note: UPS and FedEx air delivery times begin after the carrier has received the packages, not from the date the order was placed.)

We use multiple carriers based on shipping method chosen.  For standard delivery, we use UPS Mail Innovations which is a UPS program that partners with USPS for most final/local deliveries. Most orders will arrive within 4 - 7 business days from the date of shipment.

The Estimated Delivery Date shown on the tracking page (UPS) is an estimate only and not a guarantee. UPS Mail Innovations is not a day-specific service and the actual delivery date may be shorter or longer due to unforeseen delays with the carrier(s).

For all shipping methods, it can take up to 72 hours (from ship date) for the carrier to update the tracking URL provided in your order shipment confirmation email. If your tracking does not update within 72 hours, please contact us at [email protected].

Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address for enviroscent.com orders. Enviroscent is responsible for getting the package to the address on the order, but not for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• if the package is returned to Enviroscent, our Customer Support will contact you with next steps which may include:
  • reshipment to a valid address at the customer's expense
